To confirm their statement, a promo was run on by company on Tuesday with short clips from many of the films, and videos of some of the stars.
Some of the projects will feature massive names, like “Bruised” starring and directed by Halle Berry, “The Woman in the Window” led by Amy Adams, and “Red Notice” featuring Gal Gadot, Dwayne Johnson and Ryan Reynolds.
Jason Momoa will have his movie “Sweet Girl” on Netflix this year and was quoted as saying: “I love movies that get you into the action”.
According to New York Daily News, Jennifer Garner, whose comedy “Yes Day” was included in the promo, said: “I love making a movie my whole family can watch.”
The date for the release of these upcoming movies have not been announced officially by Netflix, but viewers should expect big ones like “Malcolm & Marie,” starring John David Washington and Zendaya, due for 5th February.
Other movies to be expected on Netflix in 2021 are “Thunder Force” by Melissa McCarthy and Octavia Spencer and “Don’t Look Up”which featured faces like Jennifer Lawrence, Cate Blanchett and Leonardo DiCaprio.
